Supernatural Preview: Going to Confession

The Khan worm (last seen in season 6 when it killed Rufus) resurfaced on Supernatural this week. After Dean encouraged Sam to simply accept the Mark of Cain and stop searching for a cure, the Winchesters hit the road to investigate the case of a soldier who had killed a woman. As it turns out, he and another member of his unit had been infected by a Khan worm while on a mission and now they were blood-thirsty. Cole had a connection with one of the soldiers and came across the Winchesters while they were investigating, so he joined up with the brothers to figure out what was wrong with his friend. When Cole separated from the brothers and headed out to investigate on his own, he too was infected. Dean managed to figure out how to get the worm out of Cole and kill it, but it was too late to save his friend.

In the next episode of Supernatural, Sam and Dean investigate a very unusual case where the only connection between the victims is the manner in which they died (self-inflicted disembowelment) and the Catholic church they belonged to (browse through photos for the episode). The Winchesters suspect that a priest at the church is involved since the victims all went to confession before their death. Or could it be the nun assigned to the church? Meanwhile, Crowley captures the leader of the Grand Coven (Olivette) and Rowena begs her for permission to practice magic freely again.

Don’t miss an all new episode of Supernatural airing on March 25 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
